Why is this laser measurement tool recommended for indoor use? This laser measurement tool is recommended for indoor use due to the complex lighting conditions in outdoor environments. Various light sources outdoors can interfere with the propagation and reception of laser signals. To prioritize safety, we have not set the laser power too high.

Why are measurements sometimes inaccurate? Laser measurements may be inaccurate depending on the reflective nature of the target surface. Rough, uneven, or low-reflectivity surfaces may not accurately reflect the laser, leading to inaccurate measurements.

Does this dual measurement tool measure only one side? Our dual laser measurement tool can measure distances on both sides simultaneously. Please refer to the manual for instructions on how to switch between measurement modes.

Is the product able to reach the maximum measuring distance described? The maximum measurement distance of the product is 60m/196ft on one side. When using the bilateral measurement function, the maximum distance is 120m/393ft. To achieve the maximum distance, switch to bilateral measurement mode.
